Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are available. You can book through Gurunavi, Tabelog, Hot Pepper, AutoReserve, byfood and other booking sites, or by phone (06-6211-5029). Seating is limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
By when do I need to cancel or change the number of guests?
Please tell us of any change to the number of guests by 22:00 the day before, and of cancellations by 22:00 two days before. Cancellations on the day are charged at 100%.
How long is the all-you-can-eat time limit?
It varies by course, but the standard is 90 minutes. Please check the details of each course.
Do you have private rooms?
Yes, we have private rooms for 10 to 30 guests. Sunken-kotatsu seating is also available.
Can you take groups or private hire?
We have 164 seats in total and can take private hire. For bookings of 10 or more guests, please call us.
What are your opening hours?
11:30-23:00 (last order for food 22:30).
Where are you and how do I get there?
6F Deka Ebisubashi Building, 7-2 Soemoncho, Chuo-ku, Osaka 542-0084. Five minutes’ walk from Osaka Namba Station, five minutes from Shinsaibashi Station, and 264 m from Namba Station (Osaka Metro).
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (JCB, American Express, Diners Club), transport IC cards and PayPay.
Can you issue a receipt or a qualified invoice?
Yes. We can issue a qualified invoice; our registration number is T6120001136189.
Can I smoke inside?
All seats are non-smoking.
What courses do you offer?
We offer the Domestic Beef Course, the Kuroge Wagyu Course, the Kobe Beef Course and the W Course. As well as shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, you can choose our speciality W Pot, which lets you enjoy two flavours at once.
What is in the buffet?
Vegetables, condiments and side dishes, plus waffles and cotton candy. Haagen-Dazs ice cream is all you can eat too.
Do you serve lunch?
Yes. We also run a limited-time campaign giving 30% off all courses for reservations between 11:30 and 15:00.
What is the budget per person?
Roughly 3,000-3,999 yen. It varies with the course and whether you add all-you-can-drink.
